AI match-video coaching that never fabricates a stat
The problem
Turning raw padel match videos into useful coaching feedback took a human analyst hours per match.
What I built
- A pipeline: video upload → automated segmentation → qualitative AI observations → a structured coaching report → dashboard.
- A two-model design (vision analysis + structured reporting) explicitly built to never fabricate statistics. If the system didn't see it, it doesn't claim it.
